VIP time is account-based: every character on the account benefits while it is active, and the timer keeps running while you are offline. Check remaining time in-game with !viptime, !vip or !checkvip.
VIP days are sold in the in-game Game Store only (category VIP Time). The website shop stays disabled, so you buy coins on the website if needed, then spend them in-game. The 30-day package also grants a loyalty point.
